Miguel “Geno” Tucker,
CEO Founder

C.E.O., Founder Geno is a lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio. Geno grew up in the South Linden community. After the death of his Nephew Henry Green V, Geno began organizing with  People Justice Project and working for the Juvenile Justice Coalition as the Organizing Director. Through intentional training and development, Geno realized his life was meant to lead young people in a better direction. Geno has an Associate of Science in Business Management focus on Entrepreneurship and a Dual Bachelor of Business Administration & Management and Leadership


Miracle Reason,
Program Director

Miracle is a native of Dayton, OH who recently relocated to Columbus. Miracle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in Criminal Justice. Miracle is passionate about advocating for youth and realized from her own experiences how valuable her "village" of mentors and loved ones were to her success. As a result, Miracle has primarily worked in nonprofit and youth serving positions where she can create a village of resources and support for those in need, especially youth and minorities. Miracle is also a self-proclaimed foodie, traveler and lover of the arts. 


Georgia Taul ,
Administrative Assistant Programming Specialist

Georgia Taul was born in California, but raised on the east side of Columbus. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 with her bachelors degree in criminal justice. Recently, Georgia lived in Spain for a few months where she enhanced her spanish speaking skills, studied how Spain law differs from American law and overall gained a deeper insight into global diversity.  Georgia is passionate when it comes to helping others and is excited for the road ahead in being an advocate for those without voices. She hopes to continue her education by obtaining a higher degree with a focus in human rights and law. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two puppies, traveling, eating and enjoying the outdoors. 


Jordan Robinson, Landscaping Coordinator 

In 2016, Jordan Robinson was in search of new opportunities, where he forged a successful career driven by client success in the tech industry. Prior to leaving Ohio, Jordan and his father combined their passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces by establishing a thriving landscaping business. In 2022, he returned to Columbus, Ohio with the desire to support the success of individuals from similar neighborhoods. Jordan's expertise is in leading technical projects and building long-lasting relationships in business and the community. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, experiencing new adventures and cherishing time with loved ones.
